You have got to be kidding me. A state legislator from California (where else?) has implied that Google’s Gmail service is illegal and is drafting legislation to block it.

Software Updates
I’ve updated the software section of the web site to include a link to a new installer for Clocker, a small desktop clock, calendar, sticky-note, weather gathering application I have written. I started working on it several years ago and has become a little labor of love. I hope you like it, it’s for Windows 2000 or higher.
Clocker — Desktop Clock, Sticky-Note
I’ve decided to create an installer for a small desktop clock, sticky note and calendar and weather application I wrote. In addition, it can sync your clock to SNTP time servers on the Internet.
The download is a fully functioning, no cripple-ware, application. (Update 2008-01-25: I’ve created a new installer here.)
